Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how HRY GROUP BİLİŞİM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("Company", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through the AI ScoreCast PRO ("Application") mobile app and the scorecastpro.ai website. By downloading and using the Application, you agree to this policy.

We act as data controller under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for users in the European Economic Area.

2. Data We Collect

The Application may collect the following categories of data:

• Identifiers: Device ID (IDFA, AAID), user ID, anonymous in-app session ID.
• Usage data: In-app interactions, matches and predictions viewed, session duration, crash reports.
• Device info: Operating system version, device model, app version, language and region settings.
• Subscription & payment data: Subscription status (active/cancelled), transaction validation data provided by the App Store / Google Play. We never store card details — payments are processed by Apple and Google.
• Communication: When you contact support, your email address and message content.
• User-provided photos (AI Fan-Cam only): Photos you voluntarily upload to create AI-generated stadium videos. See Section 11 for full details.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Providing and maintaining the Application's features.
• Analyzing anonymous usage statistics to help our AI models (Scorecast PRO Engine, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok) deliver accurate predictions.
• Performance improvements, debugging, security.
• Subscription management and customer support.
• Processing user-uploaded photos exclusively for AI Fan-Cam video generation (see Section 11).
• Compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI Models and Data Sharing

AI ScoreCast PRO uses its proprietary machine-learning engine in combination with third-party AI providers — xAI Grok, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, and Anthropic Claude — to enrich your experience. Only anonymized match data containing no personally identifiable information is sent to these providers. We do not share user-identifying data with AI vendors.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store and Google Play (distribution and payment).
• Firebase / Google Analytics (usage analytics).
• AdMob or similar advertising SDKs (only in the free version, in limited scope).
• AI API providers (listed above).
• Replicate, Inc. (AI Fan-Cam video generation — see Section 11).

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, which you can access on their websites.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, and in line with our legal retention obligations. When you delete your account, personally identifiable data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized statistical data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• To request information if it has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• To request deletion or destruction of data.
• To object to automated-only analysis if it produces an adverse result for you.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses essential cookies and statistical cookies to improve user experience. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as a result.

9. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has provided data, we delete it immediately.

10. Security

Your data is transmitted with industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and stored on secure servers. Technical and organizational measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access.

11. AI Fan-Cam Feature — Photo & Video Processing

The AI Fan-Cam feature allows you to create AI-generated stadium videos by uploading a photo of yourself. This section explains how your photos and generated content are handled.

11.1 What Data Is Collected

• Photos you upload: When you use the AI Fan-Cam feature, you voluntarily provide a photo from your device's gallery or camera. This photo is transmitted to our secure servers solely for the purpose of generating your personalized stadium video.
• Generated content: The AI-generated image and video produced from your photo.

11.2 How Your Photo Is Processed

• Your photo is sent via encrypted connection (TLS/SSL) to our cloud servers.
• The photo is forwarded to a third-party AI video generation service (Replicate, Inc.) exclusively for the purpose of creating your stadium video.
• The AI processes your photo to place your likeness into a stadium scene and generates a short video clip.
• The generated video is delivered back to you within the Application.

11.3 Data Storage & Deletion

• On your device: Your original photo remains on your device at all times. Generated images and videos are saved only on your device — you have full control over them.
• On our servers: Uploaded photos and generated content are stored temporarily on our servers only for the duration of the processing task. All uploaded photos and generated media are automatically deleted from our servers within 60 minutes of task completion.
• Third-party AI servers: The AI processing provider (Replicate) processes your image in a stateless manner. Input images and output files are automatically purged from their infrastructure according to their data retention policy, typically within one hour.

11.4 What We Do NOT Do

• We do not store your photos permanently on any server.
• We do not use your photos to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model.
• We do not share, sell, or distribute your photos or generated videos to any third party.
• We do not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, or create facial templates from your photos.
• We do not associate your uploaded photos with your user identity for any purpose beyond delivering the generated video to you.

11.5 Your Control

• Use of the AI Fan-Cam feature is entirely voluntary.
• You may delete any generated images or videos from your device at any time.
• You may request deletion of any server-side data by contacting support@scorecastpro.ai.

12. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. The current version is always available on this page.
